Terms of trade

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Prathamesh Cotton Mill Pvt. Ltd. (“the mill”, “we”), 10/119, Vikram Nagar, Shahapur Road, Ichalkaranji 416115, Dist. Kolhapur, Maharashtra, GSTIN 27AAMCP5924D1ZA. By placing an order you accept them.

Who can buy

This website is for wholesale buyers: shops, resellers and distributors buying to sell on. To order you need an account with your name, shop name, mobile number and email.

Giving your GSTIN is optional. If you give it, it is printed on your tax invoices; add it to your account before you order if you want it on that order's invoice.

Sets, pieces, prices and GST

• Night gowns and night suits are sold in full sets: one piece of every size in every colour. A design's page says exactly what its set contains.
• Saree petticoats are sold by the piece: you choose how many pieces you want of each size in each shade, from the mill's colour chart shown on the design's page.
• Stoles are sold by the piece. A stole's page shows how many pieces are in stock, and you can order up to that many.
• Prices are per piece and exclude GST. GST is added at the rate shown for each design: CGST and SGST for delivery within Maharashtra, IGST for delivery to another state.
• Prices can change. Your order is charged at the prices shown when you place it, and they do not change afterwards.
• A discount the mill agrees with you is taken off the order's value before GST, so the GST is charged on the reduced amount.

Orders and stock

• An order is confirmed when you place it. You see its order number at once, receive a confirmation by email, and find it in your account under My orders.
• An order for night gowns, night suits or saree petticoats is never refused for stock. Whatever is not ready at the mill is made for your order, so it may take longer to dispatch.
• Stoles are not made at the mill, so they are sold only from stock. An order for more pieces of a stole than are in stock is refused, and the website tells you how many are left.
• Only the mill can cancel an order. To cancel, contact us before it is dispatched. A cancelled order's goods go back into stock.

Payment

This website takes no payment. Payment is made offline, directly to the mill, as agreed with you for your order. Please contact us if you have any question about it.

Dispatch, delivery and invoices

• Delivery is arranged offline. We pack your order at the mill in Ichalkaranji and send it by the transport agreed with you; the website adds no delivery charge.
• Your GST tax invoice is issued when the order is dispatched. You are told by email, and the invoice stays in your account under My orders.
• Please check your goods when they arrive. If anything is short or damaged, tell us at once with your order number.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. We may switch off an account that is used improperly or that gives false details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
